2026 Mid-Autumn Hamper Ordering, Delivery and Tracking

The 2026 Mid-Autumn Festival falls on Friday, 25 September, followed by the public holiday on Saturday, 26 September. Same-day delivery is not available for Mid-Autumn hampers during the festive peak. Select an available delivery date during checkout. Popular hotel mooncakes, bestselling hampers and pre-festival delivery dates have limited availability, so early ordering is recommended.

Standard deliveries are completed between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Free delivery covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. Discovery Bay, Hong Kong International Airport, Tung Chung and Sai Kung are also included. Please contact us before ordering for delivery to other outlying islands or locations with special access requirements.

We understand that customers, particularly those ordering from overseas, want to know when their gift has arrived. We send an order confirmation after checkout, followed by updates during preparation and dispatch. A further notification is sent when delivery is completed. Customers can also use our order-tracking service or call 2730 0839 for assistance.

A paid point-to-point delivery service can be requested if a specific delivery time is required. Availability depends on delivery capacity and traffic conditions. If you need to change the date, address or recipient details, contact us before the order enters the dispatch process.

Finished-hamper photographs are available on request. Add the request to your order notes so our team can take the photograph before dispatch.


Mid-Autumn Fruit Hamper Freshness and Quality Control

Fruit is seasonal. Its availability, appearance and stage of ripeness change from day to day. Not every fruit variety is available every day, and not every batch is suitable for a gift hamper. We will not use fruit that falls below our freshness or presentation standards simply to maintain a fixed combination.

A member of our team visits the Yau Ma Tei Wholesale Fruit Market every day to select fresh seasonal fruit with suitable ripeness and appearance. The fruit arrives at our workshop at approximately 4 a.m. and goes through our quality-control process before hamper preparation begins. We inspect its freshness, ripeness, appearance and physical condition. Only fruit that meets our requirements is used.

If a particular fruit is unavailable or does not meet our quality standard, we follow the substitution information on the relevant product page and prioritise a fresher seasonal alternative. Our priority is to deliver fruit that is fresh, complete and suitable for presentation.

Fruit naturally releases ethylene as it ripens. When different fruits are wrapped together, accumulated ethylene can cause nearby fruit to ripen more quickly. After quality control and hamper preparation, we place an ethylene absorber inside every fruit hamper. It helps reduce ethylene build-up under the wrapping and slow the ripening process during delivery and after receipt.

Daily market selection, 4 a.m. arrival, quality control and ethylene management form one continuous freshness process from sourcing to delivery.

Every Mid-Autumn hamper is checked before dispatch. However, fresh fruit is a natural and perishable product. If the recipient is unhappy because of a fruit-quality, presentation, order-content or delivery issue, contact us promptly on 2730 0839 or through our website customer-service channel.

Please provide the order number and relevant photographs where possible. We will review the issue as a priority and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or redelivery under our 100% satisfaction guarantee.

How to Store Fruit and Mooncakes

The ethylene absorber helps slow fruit ripening, but correct storage after delivery remains important. Remove the outer hamper wrapping soon after receipt and store each type of fruit appropriately.

  • Pomelos and oranges: Keep whole fruit in a cool, ventilated place. Refrigerate after cutting.
  • Apples and Nashi pears: Refrigeration can help them stay fresh for longer.
  • Mangoes and melons: Leave unripe fruit at room temperature. Refrigerate once ripe and seal cut fruit before refrigerating.
  • Other seasonal fruit: Refer to our fruit guide or contact our team for advice.

Most packaged mooncakes offered on this page can be kept in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight unless their packaging states otherwise. Always follow the storage instructions and best-before date printed on the original box.

The Peninsula Spring Moon mooncakes require refrigeration. Store them at 0–4°C after receipt and follow the best-before date on the packaging. Snow-skin or other chilled mooncakes must also be stored according to their original brand instructions.

Customer-supplied mooncakes should be stored according to the instructions provided by their manufacturer.


Corporate Mid-Autumn Hampers and Customisation

With more than 15 years of Hong Kong hamper experience, we can assist companies with bulk orders, multiple delivery addresses and different gift levels for employees, clients and VIP recipients.

Corporate customisation can include company logos, branded ribbons, personalised message cards, barcodes and receiving labels. Larger or more complex orders can be managed by a dedicated account manager who will coordinate quantities, presentation and delivery requirements.

Can I provide my own brand of mooncake for the hamper?

Yes. We can include customer-supplied mooncakes in a selected fruit hamper or gift hamper for an additional HK$20 handling fee. Contact us before ordering to arrange handover and packing.

How early should I order a 2026 Mid-Autumn hamper?

The 2026 Mid-Autumn Festival falls on 25 September. Popular mooncakes and delivery dates have limited availability, so we recommend ordering early. The dates that remain available will be shown during checkout.

Is Mid-Autumn hamper delivery free, and how can I track my order?

We provide free standard delivery across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. Same-day delivery is not available during the Mid-Autumn peak. Customers receive confirmation, preparation, dispatch and completed-delivery updates and can also use our order-tracking service.

Can companies place bulk orders and add their logos?

Yes. We can arrange bulk orders, multiple delivery addresses, company logos, branded ribbons, message cards, barcodes and receiving labels. Contact us early to confirm the required quantities, budget, contents and delivery arrangements.
