Any substitution will be of equal or greater value and will maintain the overall theme, look, and quality of the hamper. Where flavours/brands vary, we will choose close equivalents if necessary.
Refund & Replacement Policy
Due to the perishable nature of fruit and gourmet hampers and hygiene reasons for baby products, refunds and returns are not available. If something arrives damaged, missing, or not as expected, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and contents. We will arrange a prompt replacement of the affected item(s) or provide an equivalent remedy at our discretion.
Please note: issues arising from incorrect/incomplete addresses, recipient unavailability, building/access restrictions will incur redelivery fees.
