Hamper Ordering and Payment FAQs
Ordering on our website is straightforward:
Step 1: Select your preferred hamper, such as a baby hamper, fruit hamper, or gourmet hamper, and add it to the cart. Enter the recipient’s details (name, delivery address, phone number) and select the delivery date.
Step 2: Write your message for the greeting card if required.
Step 3: Complete payment. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with full order details.
If your hamper arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or has quality issues, please contact our customer service immediately via WhatsApp (+852 6855 6947) or email ([email protected]). We will investigate and arrange either redelivery or a refund where appropriate.
No. You may complete a purchase directly without registration.
If you choose to register, you will earn reward points with each order. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.
A confirmation email is sent after every order and can serve as a receipt.
If you require a formal invoice for corporate or accounting purposes, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and invoice details. We can provide an invoice by email or post.

Yes. You may send your own greeting card to our office, and we will include it in the hamper.
Alternatively, you may use our complimentary greeting card service by entering a message at checkout.
Yes. We offer corporate branding options. Company logos, personalised cards, or branded merchandise can be included in gourmet hampers for corporate gifting and celebrations.
Yes. Items can be customised based on availability. Examples include replacing wine with juice, adding toys to baby hampers, or adding chocolate to fruit hampers. Please contact us in advance to confirm your requirements.
Yes. Certain baby hampers can be personalised, such as embroidered names on towels or blankets. We can also personalise the baby’s name onto a balloon or the gift box. These options make the gift unique and memorable.
Yes. A personal message can be added at checkout and will be printed on a complimentary greeting card included with the hamper.
Yes, but only for selected hampers. Orders placed before 1:00 PM can be delivered the same day.
However, the following are not available for same-day delivery:
- Personalised hampers (e.g. embroidered baby gifts)
- Gourmet hampers during festive seasons such as Christmas and Chinese New Year
We recommend ordering festive hampers in advance due to high demand.
Hamper Delivery FAQs
We offer free delivery to most areas of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories urban districts.
Some Outlying Islands and remote areas may incur a surcharge. Please refer to our Delivery Information page for details.
Yes. Selected hampers, such as gourmet and lifestyle hampers, can be delivered to Mainland China.
Due to customs regulations and shelf life limitations, fresh fruit hampers are generally not suitable. Please place cross-border orders at least one week in advance.
Yes. Certain non-perishable hampers, such as gourmet hampers, can be shipped overseas. Fresh fruit hampers are not suitable due to preservation requirements.

Yes. You can specify a delivery date for occasions such as birthdays, baby celebrations, company events, or festive gifting.
We can also specify a time for delivery during non-peak periods. Customers may select this specific time service for an additional HK$120. This service is not available during peak seasons such as Mid-Autumn, Christmas, and Chinese New Year.
If the recipient is unavailable, our driver will attempt to contact them. If this is not possible, the hamper may be left with building management or reception.
If delivery cannot be completed, the hamper will be returned to our warehouse, and redelivery can be arranged for an additional fee.
If you realise the address is incorrect, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp (+852 6855 6947) or email ([email protected]).
If the hamper is returned to our warehouse due to incorrect details, a redelivery fee of HK$120 will apply.
This includes festive hampers such as Christmas hampers and Chinese New Year hampers. Due to high demand during these periods, we recommend placing orders in advance.
