HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

Follow the steps below to set up your account so you can start shopping and earning points straight away!

Click on the ”SIGN UP” button located in the top right
corner of the page.

Enter your details.

Create a strong and secure password
Password must be between 8-16 characters in length and
contail at least THREE of the following: lowercase letter,
uppercase letter, number, special character.

Click on ”Create An Account”.

Follow the on screen instructions to complete reCAPTCHA
verification.

Once verification is complete, you will be directed to your
rewards account.

HOW DO I EARN POINTS?

You earn 2 reward points for every full HK $100 you spend online at giftflowers.com.hk, gifthampers.com.hk or giftsomething.com.

You must have a rewards account and be logged in at the time of purchase in order to collect your reward points.

WILL MY POINTS EXPIRE?

You will have 720 days to redeem your reward points before they expire, starting from the day the points are earned.

Unused points will expire in the order from which they were earned.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?

Sign in to your rewards account and start shopping for your perfect gifts. To redeem points towards your purchase, proceed to checkout and follow the steps below:

On the checkout page, fill in the delivery details for your order until you get to step 3 'Review & Payments'

Enter your details

Click 'Apply Reward Dollars' to expand section

Enter the amount of points you want to spend or select the 'use maximum' checkbox

Click on 'Apply Points'

Your rewards discount will be applied to your order instantaneously

Click on 'Continue with Payment' to complete your purchase

I CANNOT REDEEM MY POINTS

In order to apply rewards points to your order please make sure that

you have logged in to your rewards member account

you are purchasing via our standard checkout and not our 'multiple addresses checkout

you have reached step 3 'Review & Payments' section of the checkout Unfortunately, our multiple addresses checkout system cannot currently support the redemption of reward points.

From your rewards account you can track your rewards points, view your order history and repeat past orders. Additionally, you will also be able to create and manage your address book for a smooth and efficient checkout experience.

DO I HAVE TO CREATE A SEPARATE REWARDS ACCOUNT FOR EACH WEBSITE?

No, you do not need to create a separate rewards account for each website. We offer a centralized rewards program that can be used across all our websites. Enjoy the benefits of using a single rewards account to earn and redeem points across our different platforms.

WHEN WILL THE POINTS BE ALLOCATED TO MY REWARDS ACCOUNT?

Your reward points will be instantly credited to your account upon successful payment and confirmation of your order.

For direct debit payments and approved accounts, reward points will be credited upon confirmation of payment.

HOW DO I CHECK MY POINTS BALANCE?

Simply log into your account and choose 'My Reward Points' from the menu on the left. Your available rewards balance will be shown under 'points summary'

CAN I EARN POINTS FROM ONE WEBSITE AND REDEEM THEM

ON YOUR OTHER WEBSITES?

Yes, your rewards points will be consolidated into a single account. This means that you can use the same account to earn and redeem rewards no matter which of our websites you are using.

I'VE FORGOTTEN MY DETAILS AND CANNOT LOG IN. WHAT DO I DO?

If you are unable to log in to your account you can try and regain access to your account by:

resetting your password using 'forgot your password'. A link will be sent to the email address associated with the account. Simple follow the instructions to reset your password.

Once we have verified your identity, our team can send a link to reset your password to the email address associated with the account. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before enrolling in our rewards program. By enrolling, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

1. ELIGIBILITY

Our Rewards Program is open to all customers who have created an account through any of the following websites: Gift Flowers HK, Gift Hampers HK and Gift Something.

2. ENROLLMENT

Joining is free and voluntary. Customers will be required to provide their name and email address to create an account.

Our Rewards Program is only available in Hong Kong.

3. EARNING POINTS

Members of our Rewards Program can earn points on all purchases made on any our of online ecommerce stores. For every HK$100 spent, members will earn 2 points. Reward points cannot be earned on gift vouchers, promotional offers, shipping and handling charges or any other fees.

Customers must be logged into their account at the time of purchse in order for the rewards points for that transaction to be earned and credited to the members reward account.

4. REDEEMING POINTS

Members can redeem their points for discounts on future purchases placed through any of our online ecommerce stores. The redemption rate is 1 point for HK$1 discount.

Rewards points are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. Reward points have no monetary value and cannot be used to pay for shipping and handling charges or any other fees.

Points redemption is only available through our standard checkout and is currently unavailable in multiple addresses checkout.

5. EXPIRATION OF POINTS

Reward points earned by members will expire 720 days from the date the points were issued.

6. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

Gift Hampers Hong Kong reserves the right to terminate a members account at any time and revoke any points earned if for any reason an activity, including but not limited to, fraud or abuse of the program is suspected.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Gift Hampers Hong Kong shall not be liable for any loss, damages or expenses arising out of or in connection to the program, including without limitation, the eligibility to earn reward points or the inability to use the reward points earned through the program.

8. PRIVACY POLICY

Our company respects your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law or as outlined in our privacy policy.

9. CHANGES TO REWARDS PROGRAM

Gift Hampers Hong Kong reserves the right to terminate or modify the Rewards Program at any time without notice.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Gift Hampers Hong Kong reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice, including but not limited to points value, redemption rates and expiration policies.

Customers are responsible for reviewing these terms and conditions regularly for any changes.

By enrolling in our Rewards Program, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.

If there are any discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
