Delivery service is not available for New Territories, Lantau Island and other outlying islands, including Discovery Bay.
Cheese Club hampers will be delivered on Weekdays (Mon - Fri) only, except public holidays.
Delivery will be undertaken by Cheese Club and the recipient will be notified prior to dispatch.
Additional delivery fee will be applied for re-delivery. In the case of an unsuccessful delivery, hamper will be returned with a return delivery fee of HK$200.
No refund will be offered in the event of cancellation.
Ham should be immediately refrigerated between 5-8°C once received.
Cheese Club reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute arising from the order.

Return & Substitution Policy
Substitution Policy
We make every effort to deliver hampers exactly as shown. However, due to seasonal availability or supplier shortages, individual items, packaging, or basket styles may be substituted. Any substitution will be of equal or greater value and will maintain the overall theme, look, and quality of the hamper. Where flavours/brands vary, we will choose close equivalents if necessary.
Refund & Replacement Policy
Due to the perishable nature of fruit and gourmet hampers and hygiene reasons for baby products, refunds and returns are not available. If something arrives damaged, missing, or not as expected, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and contents. We will arrange a prompt replacement of the affected item(s) or provide an equivalent remedy at our discretion.
Please note: issues arising from incorrect/incomplete addresses, recipient unavailability, building/access restrictions will incur redelivery fees.

If product quality falls short, notify us within 24 hours of delivery and we will provide a fresh replacement (for perishable items) or equivalent replacement (for non-perishable items).
