臘月廿四（南方小年）2026 年 2 月 11 日（週三）打掃清潔除陳佈新，掃除一年污穢，迎接新年好運氣。
臘月廿五2026 年 2 月 12 日（週四）做豆腐「腐」與「福」諧音，寓意迎福納祥，豆腐亦為年菜重要食材。
臘月廿六2026 年 2 月 13 日（週五）買肉俗稱「割年肉」，備足過年肉食，象徵富足有餘。
臘月廿七2026 年 2 月 14 日（週六）購物 & 沐浴民諺「二十七，洗疚疾」，清潔身體並採買年貨，掃除晦氣。
臘月廿八2026 年 2 月 15 日（週日）做饅頭民諺「二十八，把面發」，蒸製年饅頭，象徵蒸蒸日上。
臘月廿九（除夕）2026 年 2 月 16 日（週一）除夕守歲2026 年無大年三十，臘月廿九為除夕，全家團聚吃年夜飯，守歲迎新。
正月初一（農曆新年）2026 年 2 月 17 日（週二）拜年賀歲穿新衣、拜年、領壓歲錢，正式開啟新年吉祥。
正月初二2026 年 2 月 18 日（週三）拜財神 & 回娘家迎財神的重要日子，也是女兒回娘家團聚的傳統。
正月初三2026 年 2 月 19 日（週四）待在家中民間認為初三易遇「赤口」（口舌是非），宜居家休養生息。
正月初五（破五）2026 年 2 月 21 日（週六）吃餃子餃子形似元寶，寓意送窮迎財，開啟新一年財運。

5個農曆新年傳統

  • 避免不吉利的話

沒有人願意在元旦聽到負面的說話。所以記得不要用與死亡、疾病、貧窮、鬼魂等相關的詞語。大家在新年期間在談到此類話題時，會使用委婉的語句替代。

  • 避免數字 4

在農曆新年期間，一定要避免由 4 和 40 組成的不吉利數字，因為「4」在中文的發音中聽起來像「死」。

  • 避免吃藥

大年初一切忌泡藥、吃藥。否則，他/她在新一年會容易生病。

有些地方的習俗，會讓病人在新年前夕的午夜過後，打破一隻药罐，寓意驅走來年的疾病。

  • 不要掃地或倒垃圾

過年千萬別掃地，因為「掃」有掃走財運的意思；倒垃圾則有扔走家裡的好運或財富之涵意。

  • 年初三待在家裡

農曆的第三天，在中國被稱為山羊節，這一天大家不能殺綿羊或山羊。而在中國的部分地區，人們不會在初三拜年，因為這天被稱為「赤口」，如果拜年容易產生口角，甚至打架。
