Q: What types of fruit can be expected in a fruit hamper?
We use the freshest seasonal fruits available for all our fruit baskets. Each basket will contain a variety of fruits and may include the following types: apple, kiwi, orange, pears, citrus leiocarpa, green pears, grapes, dragon fruit, avocados, kirin fruit, grapefruit, papaya, mango, plums, pomelo, pineapple and melon.
Q: Can I customize the fruit selection in the basket?
Due to seasonal availability, the fruit selection for our baskets are random, however, we are able to omit any fruits if you have a fruit allergy or dislike a certain type of fruit. Simply inform us of your preference via the special request/additional information field when placing your order.
If you would like a fruit basket to include a specific variety of fruit, reach out to our customer services team via our online chat, email or whatsapp for a customization quote. We will endeavour to accommodate your request, however, please note that fruits cannot be guaranteed and may be limited to seasonal availability.
Q: Does my fruit hamper include a message card?
Yes, we provide complimentary message cards for all our hampers. You can provide us with the contents of your message during the checkout process.
Q: I want to write my own card to be included with the fruit basket. Can this be arranged?
Certainly! We can accommodate requests to include handwritten cards, gift vouchers and/or business cards to your order. We will require notification at the time of placing order to ensure that we can fulfil your request.
You will need to arrange for your card/vouchers to be sent to our office headquarters at Unit 2403, 24/F, Tsuen Wan Industrial Centre, 220 Texaco Rd, Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong at least one business day prior to the delivery date of your order.
In the event that we do not receive your card/vouchers in time, your order will be delayed and the delivery date will be rescheduled accordingly.
Q: What is your return and refund policy for fruit hampers?
Please contact us immediately if you encounter any issues with your fruit basket.
We advise our customers to open the fruit hamper as soon as possible upon receiving to minimize fruit spoilage.
Perishable products including, but not limited to, fruits, vegetables, food items and beverages are not applicable for refund under any circumstances.
If you would like to notify us about an issue with your fruit hamper, kindly contact our customer services team within 24 hours of receiving the basket so that our team can work with you to resolve your complaint. If we receive your complaint outside our office hours or during public holidays, a member of our customer service team will get in touch with you on the following business day.
